Knowing who you are, does this helps to change your reaction to the world?
You only have to turn your attention inside of you, repeating the question ‘Who am I, receiving the answer from within and act from that place.
It is that simple. Then there will be no reactive response any more but an authentic impulse from Love.
The only thing you need to have is the willingness to ask this question in every situation and to bring awareness to what this feeling prompts you to do - perhaps nothing, ‘only’ an impulse of love, forgiveness, compassion.
The question: ‘God what would you have me do’, or ‘what would Love do’ are all pointing in the same direction, except that you still can keep yourself separate from Love.

So our proposal for this week is to ask yourself in any situation where you are alone or in direct contact with others the question “Who am I”.
