How to listen to the voice within
I feel so grateful to have the possibility to ask any question I want and to receive answers to these questions. In fact we all have this possibility when we train ourselves to ask and to listen for the answer within. All it takes to begin is to start to trust that you can ask for guidance and that there will be answers as well. “Ask and it shall be given”.
If you have the willingness to ask and listen for the answers you will eventually experience the source of wisdom within. Along the way you have to develop the ability to discern between the answers your ego gives you and the answers that come from your Essence. For me the way to distinguish between the ego and Essence is the fluency with which the message comes.
When I continued to listen to the still voice within I heard a voice that started to tell me more than a few words. I was surprised to receive dictated messages first from a guide Hilarion who prepared me to receive messages from Sananda.
When you would like to make contact with a Guide from the world of Light I can recommend the book ‘Opening to Channel’ by Sananda Roman and Duane Packer. This book has been given to them by their Guides and provides a lot of exercises and guided meditations about how to contact a Guide of the Lightworld.
But don’t underestimate the guidance you receive by listening to your heart. It only takes some practice and perseverance.

The only thing you have to do is to empty yourself as much as possible whilst listening to your heart.
It is in your heart that wisdom abides and you will know that what is said is the truth.
It is in this knowingness that you recognize truth.
When you doubt if the answer comes from the source of wisdom within, simply repeat the questions a couple of times. When the answer is still the same you can trust the answer.
If you are still not sure, ask if your doubt can be taken away, if all fear will be resolved.
The Holy Spirit will be there always to work with every request for help.
