Beloved and very holy friends,

Having practiced with the question ‘who is it that sees this’, you will have experienced how you are able to not be entrapped anymore by the ego taking you to believe in ‘your’ thoughts, feelings and emotions.
There is always the experience of peace right under whatever emotion when you develop the attitude of identifying yourself with this still awareness.
And yet there is another way as well: when you experience for example deep grief and you are able to surrender to that grief, there will be a moment when that emotion will fade and resolve into a peaceful acceptance.
Then you will experience what it is to go through emotion without holding on to it.

Our question for this week will be: can you trace in yourself an emotion or feeling you are apt to cling onto? Are you willing to either surrender completely to that feeling or embrace the feeling with still awareness?
