Seeing the Christ in anybody, has that been difficult?
We only ask you to put some effort into only seeing Christ, the principle of Love in the eyes of your fellow brother and sister.
What we so dearly want is to have you where you belong: Home.
Home is where the heart is, so can you place your attention in your heart, asking over and over again: ‘Who am I.’? Wait till you feel inside something shifting, an awareness of peace or light, spaciousness or love.
This question gives answer to all your questions.
Our proposal for this week is to really give attention to the question above many times. If you are embarrassed, afraid, angry or whatever emotion that needs to be embraced, do this with the awareness that you are this spaciousness that includes everything.
Please be aware of a tendency to diminish the effort. Nothing is more valuable to do.
