Today’s subject: what to do with feelings of doubt and fear you have?

What about your doubts and fears? Are you facing them every day or are they going along with you for a while or for a long time?
Are you aware of how it feels in your body to live with doubts, to experience fear?
Are you willing to stop and see what is happening in you?
Are you able to embrace your doubts and fears and to choose again?
Yes it asks awareness to stay with your feelings and not permitting them to run your live.
Can you image yourself sitting with your feelings on your lap as if they are little children that need your support and comfort?
This is one way to handle your emotions, another way is to look at them with the innocence of a child and to simply let them go, choosing anew.
