Yes there are a lot of distractions in your world and you are the only one who can decide if you want to act upon a distraction or to follow your heart and do what it tells you to do.
How do you know, when your heart speaks to you? An easy guideline is that when you feel compelled to do something it never comes from your heart. When you feel a great desire in your heart to do something, you might like to act upon it. However, when the desire in your heart is so huge that you want only God, then you will experience all of God’s blessings. Can you trust that?
